Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These terms govern the EGY POLISH website, booking tools, and related accounts. By using the service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site, create an account, or place a booking.
1. Parties and definitions
“EGY POLISH”, “we”, and “the company” mean the operator of this platform and the automotive-care services offered through egypolish.com and official subdomains.
“You” or “customer” means the natural person who browses, registers, or requests a service.
The “service” includes the website, online booking, vehicle and address management, and transactional email needed to fulfil a request.
A “service centre” is an operational location shown in the platform according to live availability. It is not necessarily a permanently advertised public branch.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
One account per email. You are responsible for password secrecy and for activity on your account.
We may suspend or close an account for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach, without an obligation of continued access.
Email verification may be required before booking or password recovery.
3. Bookings and availability
A booking binds us only once confirmed in the system against slots and capacity shown at request time. Price and duration shown before confirm are operational estimates for that slot.
Slots follow working hours, capacity, and existing bookings. A visible slot is not guaranteed until submit succeeds.
We may refuse, change, or reschedule for operational, safety, or force-majeure reasons, with reasonable notice via the account or email where practicable.
Vehicle and other data you enter must be accurate. Incorrect plate, model, or condition may delay or cancel work. We do not warrant a particular cosmetic outcome.
4. Cancellation and changes
Pending or confirmed bookings may be cancelled in-account only if more than two hours remain before start, unless a stricter rule is shown in-account for that centre.
Late cancel or no-show may lead to future booking limits. We do not commit to cash refunds through this website unless the booking confirmation says otherwise.
Payments made off-platform at a centre follow that point of service and are not administered here unless stated in writing.
5. Scope of work; no result warranty
Care services (including paint correction, ceramic protection, interior and exterior work, and polishing) depend on surface condition, prior coatings, and paint age. We do not guarantee a gloss level, defect removal percentage, or match to marketing photos.
Website images are illustrative. Actual results vary. Oral estimates at a centre are not part of the website contract unless recorded in the booking confirmation.
We are not liable for pre-existing paint, glass, electronics, or accessory defects, or for damage caused by undisclosed aftermarket work or materials.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attack the platform, scrape it, abuse APIs, impersonate others, place sham bookings, or submit unlawful content.
Uploads (such as a profile photo) must be yours to use and must not violate others’ privacy. We may delete infringing files.
7. Intellectual property
The site, marks, copy, images, design, and client software belong to the company or its licensors. You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service under these terms.
Copying, resale, or derivative works from site materials require prior written consent.
8. Messages and marketing
We send operational messages (verification, password reset, booking confirm or cancel). Those are not optional marketing.
Promotional messages are sent only with a separate consent or other basis described in the Privacy Policy, and can be stopped as explained in the message without closing the operational account.
9. Disclaimers and liability cap
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from defects, or email delivery times.
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss from use of the site or inability to book.
Our aggregate liability to you for platform claims is limited to amounts you paid us through the platform for the disputed booking in the prior twelve months, or EGP 100 if no such amounts were paid.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for bodily injury caused by gross negligence where the law forbids exclusion.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify the company and its personnel against claims arising from your breach, inaccurate information you supplied, or unauthorised use of your account, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence.
11. Force majeure
We are not in breach if performance is prevented by events beyond reasonable control, including power or network failure, security emergencies, government restrictions, or disaster.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts in Cairo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue right at your domicile under consumer-protection law.
13. Changes
This page may be updated. The new version applies from the date shown above. Continued use after publication is acceptance for future services. Bookings already confirmed remain under the version in force at confirmation unless law requires otherwise.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the Contact page or in-account support. Informal messages do not amend the contract.
