From the account. A pending or confirmed booking can be cancelled when more than two hours remain before the start, unless the account shows a stricter rule. There is no cash refund unless the confirmation says so.
Booking shows open times only. If the day cannot fit the service, the page offers other times. If the day is empty, you pick another day. We do not confirm a time that is not shown.
When the request succeeds, the confirmation appears in the account with the service, price, place, and time. If the request fails, the message says so and the booking is not treated as saved.
